Because of the artisanal process and the nature of the materials, no two items are exactly alike. You may notice slight variations in color, grain, shape, or texture — that’s the beauty of true handmade craftsmanship.

The photos shown on our website are samples of what you’ll receive. Your item will be crafted in the same design and spirit, with about 98% similarity, but may have its own unique character and details.

We do not accept returns on items, but we’re happy to offer exchanges. If you receive an item that is not quite right, you can exchange it for another item of equal value. To initiate an exchange, please return the original item to us in its unused condition. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your exchange promptly.
